INTEGRATIONS

Integrations that work in Command today

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and your own AI provider. Command does most of the work natively, so the list is short, and we describe only what each integration does today.

WORKS TODAY

What each integration does

What each one does in Command today. Nothing here is a roadmap item.

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

Per client · reads and changes

How it connects: Each client’s Microsoft tenant has its own connection to Command.

  • Users, groups, conditional access, just-in-time admin, and mailboxes, read and changed from Command
  • Secure score, connection health, and Microsoft service incidents for each client
  • A standards library for client tenants
  • Microsoft 365 detection packs and tenant alerts in Cloud Alerts

Where you see it: Microsoft 365 management

Microsoft Defender

Manage built-in Defender Antivirus by policy

  • Manage the Microsoft Defender Antivirus built into Windows from Command’s policy engine, next to Sentry EDR policy. Command does not sell antivirus.
  • Scope it like any other policy, inheriting from global down to client, site, and device group

Where you see it: Sentry EDR and Web Protection, Overwatch policies

Google Workspace

Password reset from Command

  • Reset a Google Workspace user’s password from Command, as you can for Microsoft 365 users

Where you see it: Service Desk

QuickBooks Online

Invoices in the client portal

  • Your clients see their invoices in the client portal, read live from QuickBooks

Where you see it: Service Desk and Operations

Your AI provider

Your key · off per client by default

How it connects: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a self-hosted model at an address you set. Your API key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

  • Categorize and triage, and suggest next steps for a technician
  • Off for each client until it is switched on for that client with consent
  • You pay your provider directly; we charge nothing for AI

Where you see it: Response Ops, Command AI

More integrations are planned. We add one to this page only when it works in Command, not when it is on a roadmap.

FAQ

Integration questions

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Integrations are part of the one Command price of $6 per endpoint per month. If you connect an AI provider, you pay that provider directly for what you use.

What does the QuickBooks integration do?

Your clients see their invoices in the client portal, read live from QuickBooks. Command does not have a staff billing module yet.

Does Command work with Microsoft Defender?

Yes. Command does not sell antivirus; it helps you manage the Microsoft Defender Antivirus built into Windows through its policy engine, next to Sentry EDR policy, scoped like any other policy. Command’s own protection is Sentry EDR and Web Protection.

Which AI providers can I connect?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a self-hosted model. Your key is encrypted at rest, and AI stays off for each client until it is switched on.

Are more integrations coming?

Yes. More are planned. We add an integration to this page only when it works in Command.
